Home Care Services

Patient Evaluation is a one-time free monthly service offered by Prime Home Care to have one of our team nurses visit you in order to make our patient’s home health experience more convenient. This assistance is not limited to their insurance companies. This free service is tremendously beneficial to our patients who have questions or concerns.

Hourly Care – From 24 hours care, to short 2 hour bath visit, services are available for any length of stay and skill level.

Companion Care – Provides socialization for the client and may also assist with light house keeping, laundry, meal preparation, and errands.

Elder Care – Provides Medication assistance, safety precautions, empty/change colostomy drainage bag. Catheter care, commodes/bedpan assistance, checking bowel movements.

Live-in Services – Is a very affordable way of getting supervision in the comfort of your own home and continuity care while the caregiver resides/lives at the client’s home 24 hours a day. Caregiver must have a separate bedroom and bathroom.

Personal Care – Whether getting settled in for the night, dressing in the morning, or assistance taking you to appointments. Our highly qualified caregivers will take care of all of your daily needs.

Medication Reminders – Taking medications on schedule and keeping them organized is extremely important. Our caregivers will help you make sure you take the right medication at the right time.
